General Overview		A friendly and dedicated officer, seeking to honor Starfleet's ideals and preserve the peace in the Federation.
Strengths & Weaknesses		Can get impulsive and irrational when people he cares about are in danger. However, usually very disciplined while on duty, his talent is what allowed him to graduate second in his class from Starfleet academy. The 5 previous hosts the Erix symbiont has had also give him a lot of experience and knowledge.
Ambitions		To not have to fight another war again. A command of his own, one day.
Hobbies & Interests		History, Anthropology, Cryptolinguistics, Exobiology, Weapons (both handheld and shipbound)... Swimming and ancient Earth martial arts are an excellent pass time for Jad.

Personal History		Born and mostly raised on a Starship as Jad Toran during a deep space exploration mission. Both parents served on board. His mother was killed in action year later. Upon the T'Rin's return to Federation space, returned to Trill and started the Science College there. Afterwards, worked for two years with the Federation Science Research institute on Trill, pending a decision by the Trill to be joined. Once joined with the Erix symbiont (5 previous hosts, most of them Starfleet officers) decided to join Starfleet himself. Graduated from the Academy, 2nd in his class.
