| Physical Description | brown hair short in the front and sides, parted on the left and long in back clubbed (braided and doubled up) and tied with a black satin ribbon, In good physical condition, signs of malnutrition and weight loss but very healthy. brown eyes, his face is a clean shaven, dark brown oval and weather beaten, with a Roman nose, he has broad shoulders and narrow waist, his stance looks like he perpetually expects the floor to pitch and roll, he is very self assured, in command of his surroundings but quiet and subdue. | Personal History | His Family tradition has been the service from the 1800 to present, he grew up in Galveston TX on Earth, preparing for StarFleet and sailing in the Gulf of Mexico, at 8 yr. old his father, a retired Starfleet officer, gave him limited command of a 63' Brig named the Emilie, and at 12 he sailed the Emilie to London with 9 other boys, ten guys from the captain at 12 years old, to the yeoman of the sheets at 19 years old, and all ranges in-between, he made 3 more trips (one per summer) to Capetown, Port Mohon, and back to London . Most boys go camping or fishing we went sailing. Captain Picard was his father’s CO on the Stargazer, Fernandez has always felt the high point of his life is when he met him. |

| Service Record | Star Fleet Academy with honors in navigation and tactics, Intel Basic and Advance Training. Was assigned post aboard the USS Gandhi, four years after joining was promoted to Lt. (jg) just before the ship went in for major refit. While in refit Intel division asked him to go on “one†mission. Four years in the Orion Syndicate, with an emergency extraction when a former SF Officer identified him to his ‘employers’. The mission was deemed a failure because the evidence was lost during the extraction. He joined the USS Essex as a Lt. and Chief of OPS he became Lt. Commander and Security Chief / Tactical Commander then Commander as XO. He resigned from Starfleet almost right after the war when three Command opportunities passed him by and he had decided that he was not going to be given a command of his own. He took a temporary command of an Intrepid class ship on a classified Intel mission and decided that it was time to rejoin the service. |
